Gavriel Studio designs, builds, and operates AI agents and software for individuals, small businesses, and mid-market teams. Our service lines are:
- Personal Agent — a configured AI agent that operates on a single user's messaging channel (typically WhatsApp or Telegram), handling routine inbox triage, calendar management, and conversational workflows.
- Multi-Agent Workspace — specialised agents deployed inside a team's existing collaboration platform (Slack, Discord, or Microsoft Teams), with role-based governance and audit logging.
- Multi-SaaS Bundle — a subscription giving access to internal Gavriel Studio SaaS tools (order and inventory, customer comms, bookings, reporting).
- AI Audit & Security — independent AI audits and ISO 42001 preparation engagements for enterprises.
- Workshops and seminars — school, university, and corporate programs on applied AI and agent systems.
Where our services operate over the WhatsApp Business platform, we use the official Meta WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API), with full compliance to the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. See our WhatsApp use case for the description.
3. Operating model
Gavriel Studio operates as a fully-remote company with a registered virtual office in Batam, Indonesia. Day-to-day operations are run by a single founder (Erwin Gavriel) supported by a fleet of AI agents and a small number of interns and contractors. Subprocessors that handle customer data are listed at /legal/subprocessors.html.
We are working toward ISO 42001 certification. Our internal audit and security practices are designed to align with ISO 42001 controls.
